“‘For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found.’ And they began to celebrate.” Luke 15:24
Beautiful words from the parable of the prodigal son. God rejoices when we come back to him!
A book recommendation for today: Tim Keller’s “Prodigal God.” There are many things to love about this insightful book, but I was particularly delighted with how he wove the play/movie “Amadeus” (specifically the characters of Mozart and Salieri) into his analysis of the two sons.
In today’s photo, Ruthie is celebrating the return of the warm sunshine after weeks of rain here in east-central Georgia.
And here’s the link to Keller’s book.
