My state is opening up and my church is even considering how and when they will hold live services again. I've found people on all parts of the spectrum--some of my friends have not left their homes and are afraid, others have been extremely blasé about the whole thing, and many of my friends are in the middle.
I'm staying optimistic. I think we have learned a lot about this virus and I think being cautious and tentative is a good thing. I'm looking back at old pictures because pictures of us "attending" online church around our kitchen table are kind of boring. But that is what we have been doing this whole time.
Here is a picture of us from last summer, when we did a 3 week trip to Australia/New Zealand.
