Window

In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened. (Genesis 7:11)
We didn't have any devastating floods in East Central Georgia last week, but the windows of heaven did open up nearly every afternoon. Sadly, my automatic window motor (or whatever you call it) had died, and it was several days before a replacement was available.

Not only did I get to sport this lovely, duct-taped garbage bag for nearly a week, but, since I couldn't drive without access to my window, I got to drive in the rain several times with the window wide open.

A minivan does not a very good ark make.
