I took this picture last month while on a hike near Brevard, NC. Each of these three mushrooms were bigger than my foot. I would say the whole thing was about 18 inches wide. I wish I had some thoughts to share today, but life's been busy (mostly with my child being sick for the past few days), and I haven't had a lot of time to ponder the meaning of life. Hoping to write more later this week.
